Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is convenient for travelers with young children and is located near the airport, though a bit far from the center of Paris. The rooms were spacious for a family of three but had some issues with privacy due to a door that wouldn't close. The hotel felt stuffy and lacked slippers, making it uncomfortable during the stay. The service had some hiccups, especially during check-out, where the staff seemed unhelpful and focused on additional charges. Despite the shady service, the location was practical for accessing the airport and nearby attractions. The dining experience offered a decent variety of standard Novotel breakfast options but was deemed pricey. An average experience overall with a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel rooms were fantastic, very beautiful, and equipped with everything you dream of, including a/c, little kitchen, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathtub, shower, relaxing beds, and a huge TV that can be moved around the room. The room was a good size and large enough for the 3 of us with one queen-size bed and 2 single beds. However, the coffee maker provided added convenience.
The hotel room was very spacious compared to other hotels in Paris and impeccably clean, making it extremely well-organized. It was really big and exceptionally comfortable, providing a great stay overall. However, the location, although convenient for access to CDG Airport and the charming village of Roissy en France with an easy shuttle ride, was somewhat messy. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond, especially Georgia at the Front desk. The dining experience was quite satisfying except for some dishes that were not up to par. In terms of value for money, this hotel offers a great deal.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities, but the design of the bathrooms was a bit unusual. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some hiccups with housekeeping and payment methods. The location was convenient with nearby dining options, but a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel provided more than what we expected for the price, making our stay truly great. However, it took quite some time for the room to cool down to a comfortable 15 degrees Celsius.
My stay at the hotel was alright for a few nights. The room was not the cleanest, but it was equipped with a queen bed, a twin bed, fridge, coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom which was a plus. However, having a separate toilet room with a sink was convenient.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, great for families with young kids, but there were some issues with room odors and air conditioning. The service was overall good, except for some abrupt interactions. The location was convenient but lacked nearby food options after late arrivals. The dining experience was decent with room for improvement.
